Focusing on the "3+1" leading industries including machinery equipment, materials & chemical, food & beverage, and digital economy in Deyang, centering on the overall needs and industry characteristics of enterprises for digital transformation, the service suppliers of "intelligent transformation and digitalization" are selected for the manufacturing industry. The scope of service suppliers to be selected covers cloud network, industrial Internet platform, intelligent equipment, industrial software, digital transformation technology, information security, diagnostic consulting and talent training.

In addition to independent legal personality and legal operation required herein, the applicant must also meet the conditions of having no bad credit history and major illegal acts in the past three years (or since its establishment), having necessary technology and service team to carry out the digital transformation for enterprises in Deyang, and having practical cases and performance of the selected direction. Each application direction has also corresponding specific requirements. Cloud service suppliers are required to provide enterprises with professional network design, deployment and support scheme, cloud server selection, configuration and software deployment scheme, safe and reliable cloud services, etc. Intelligent equipment service suppliers are required to be able to provide intelligent equipment delivery, installation, integration and after-sales services, to open equipment interfaces, to meet the user's future equipment digital management, integration and other needs.　Industrial software service suppliers are required to have at least one industrial software product for sale, which has been well utilized by enterprises in Sichuan, and have a perfect after-sales service system.

The Chief of the Municipal Bureau of Economy and Information Technology said that those identified as the service suppliers of "intelligent transformation and digitalization" for the manufacturing industry this year will be listed into the pool of service suppliers of "intelligent transformation and digitalization" in Deyang and those with better qualifications will be recommended into the provincial pool of the same kind.
