Deyang Officially Launches a Public Service APP to Open a New Era of Smart City Services

On February 3, the launching ceremony of Deyang Public Service APP was held in Jingnan Building in downtown Deyang. Featuring the integration of different systems, inter-connectivity of different data and the aggregation of different services, this platform has developed and provided access to more than 80 service applications, achieving the end-to-end service experience from inquiry to handling, and offline to online in the aspect of government services, public services, and life services, helping Deyang usher into a new era of smart city service. Zhao Xingwang, member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Deyang Municipal Committee and Vice Mayor of Deyang, attended the ceremony.

Deyang Public Service APP is sponsored by the Deyang Municipal Government Service and Big Data Administration, involving all government agencies, enterprises, and institutions. Through real-name authentication, big data analysis, real-time push and other means, this app has contributed to the leap-forward development of government services from "broadcasting" to "accurate and personalized", so as to provide the citizens and enterprises with smart life services in a "cloud-based" manner, covering the online notarization, health care, smart finance, social security, credit inquiry, culture & education, senior nursing & assistance, entrepreneurship & employment, transportation, tourism & leisure, and other government services, public services and life services.

    Deyang Public Service APP will successively launch convenient public service functions such as "Online Ticket Purchase" and "My Community". In the next step, this platform will work with many domestic partners to build a capability center that integrates the "real-name authentication, integrated credit, and unified payment". It will drive the data collection based on application scenarios, and creates a city-level super-large integrated Internet platform covering government affairs, medical care, education, transportation and commerce on the basis of the demands of residents and improve the quality and efficiency of government services effectively.
