"Online New Year's Shopping Festival" Launched till February 18 in Deyang

On January 20, Deyang launched the "2021 Online New Year's Shopping Festival" to stimulate consumption, which aims at promoting consumption upgrading and high-quality economic and social development by virtue of the e-commerce. The Festival, which will last from January 20 to February 18 and span over the Spring Festival holiday, has attracted 15 companies and 17 stores to participate in, with their products including peanuts, Luojiang bean curd rolls, oil cake with eight nuts and fruit flavored beef.

    In order to ensure the success of the Online New Year's Shopping Festival, Deyang Municipal Commercial Bureau set up a one-stop service window on the "Deyang Intelligent Commerce" platform, established a unified access to the Online New Year's Shopping Festival, and created a comprehensive service window for online and offline interaction. The enterprises were encouraged to seize the opportunity and start the online business. The offline complexes and large supermarkets were encouraged to cooperate with e-commerce and logistics companies on starting the online business, thus realizing the integration of "live streaming", "intra-city delivering", "off-site ordering" and other business models, so that the residents can go shopping and have a Spring Festival holiday on the Internet. As a result, the growth of consumption shall be effectively promoted. The Online New Year's Shopping festival was considered as a platform to expand the sales channels of Deyang's famous and speciality products, promote the city's consumption growth, and help the city achieve a "good start" in the new year.
