The Implementation Plan of the Promotion of Ten Thousand Sichuan Enterprises Abroad, Deyang, 2017.

In 2017, the Promotion of Ten Thousand Sichuan Enterprises Abroad shall carry on, and in order to better organize Deyang’s enterprises to go out and expand, and to improve their competitiveness in global markets, the Plan has been here by drafted.


I. Guideline

Surrounding the development strategy of the Belt and Road, based on the principle of Market-oriented, Enterprise-led, Industry-associated, and Government-guided, enterprises shall be encouraged to participate in global competition, expand in oversea markets, promote international production capacity cooperation, boost stable growth of export-oriented economy through external trade and cooperation, and contribute to the health development of Deyang’s economy.


II. Targets

According to development realities of Deyang, 15 activities shall be organized on the municipal level under the framework of the Promotion of Ten Thousand Sichuan Enterprises Abroad, Deyang, 2017, including 3 international trade and economy promotion activities in China, and 12 international trade and economy promotion activities outside of China, with an expected turnover of more than 300 million dollars, through which more than 260 enterprises shall be driven to participate in promotions in foreign markets, and more than 400 enterprises have actual achievements in foreign trade.


III. Organization

1. On provincial level. Enterprises shall be organized actively to participate in international economy and trade promotion activities which shall be held in China and other countries.

2. On municipal level. According to realities of Deyang’s industrial features and foreign trade, enterprises shall be organized by their own in group to participate in international economy and trade promotion activities which shall be held in China and other countries.

3. Enterprises shall be encouraged to participate in special, influential and fruitful exhibitions, as well as economic and trade trips according to market demands and product features.


IV. Implementation on Municipal Level

1. International economy and trade promotion activities in China.

(1)In April, enterprises shall be organized to participate in the China Processing Trade Product Exposition to improve Deyang’s industrial transfer, encourage enterprises to take processing trade contracts, and expand the export.

(2)Chengdu International Automobile Accessories and After-sale Service Exposition. In May, enterprises of automobile accessories shall be organized to participate in the China Automobile Start-up and Investment Summit & the China (Sichuan) New Energy Vehicles Investment and Cooperation Conference, and exhibitions of new energy vehicles, to promote the development of enterprises and expand sale channels.

(3)In August, enterprises of intelligent industries shall be organized to participate in the China (Chengdu) International Exposition of Intelligent Industries, to help enterprises realize the trade boosting, investment cooperation, brand promotion and information exchange.

2. International economy and trade promotion activities in other countries.

(1)In March, economy and trade promotion activities shall be organized in Laos, Cambodian and Thailand to deepen investment, trade and economic cooperation with the countries, and contribute to the Belt and Road.

(2)In April, economy, trade and investment promotion activities shall be organized in France, Germany and Netherlands to deepen cooperation and exchange with relevant departments and enterprises of the countries. At the same time, enterprises shall be organized to participate in the 2017 HANNOVER MESSE, the 3rd Plenary of the Sino-Germany Industrial Cities Association, and joint the Association as official members.

(3)In May, investment promotion activities shall be organized in Berlin, Germany, and Vienna, Austria, to promote the construction of China-Czekh and China-Germany parks and substantive progress of cooperative projects.

(4)In May, enterprises of petroleum installations shall be organized to participate in the USA (Houston) International Petroleum Exposition to collect market information and seek for trade orders.

(5)In June, chemical enterprises shall be organized to participate in the Chemspec Europe 2017 to learn about global trends of newest products and explore high-ended markets in Europe and North America.

(6)In September, power and energy enterprises shall be organized to participate in the Poland Power Energy Exhibition to learn about the most advanced technologies and products in relevant areas.

(7)In September, processing and manufacturing enterprises shall be organized to participate in the WESTEC in USA to seek for international orders.

(8)In October, food enterprises shall be organized to participate in the ANUGA in Cologne, Germany to explore local markets and seek for trade and commerce opportunities.

(9)In November, petroleum and natural gas installation enterprises shall be organized to participate in the 92nd Global Petroleum and Natural Gas Installation and Technology Exposition to seek for high-quality potential customers.

(10)In November, enterprises shall be organized to participate in the Selangor International EXPO to explore business environment and seek for economic and trade cooperation opportunities.

(11)In November, construction enterprises shall be organized to participate in the Made in China Exhibition which shall be held in Qatar to explore local markets and provide targeted products for preparation of 2022 World Cup.

(12)In November, engineering enterprises shall be organized to participate in the China Engineering Industry Brand Exposition in Russian to exhibit products, and seek for high-quality customers and partners.


V. Requirements

1. Expand scope and influence of economic and trade activities through outreach efforts. Counties, cities and districts should, based on industrial and local features, encourage various enterprises to actively participate in exhibitions in China and other countries to build up excellent images of Deyang’s industries, enterprises and brands, and strengthen the main force of foreign trade.

2. Further increase effectiveness of activities through careful preparation. During the preparation, demands of global markets shall be deeply studied, and competitive products selected to display new features of Deyang’s products, establish development channels in global markets, and encourage enterprises to actively participate, keep close to markets and customers, and seek for opportunities.

3. Activities should be tracked and implemented to achieve expected results. Information related with activities shall be collected to draft reports, while new customers followed by enterprises to consolidate and expand achievements.


VI. Supporting Policies

In order to fully mobilize and guide enterprises to explore global markets, those that participate in activities on provincial level shall be supported according to provincial policies, while those that participate in activities on municipal level shall be provided with supporting funds according to provincial policies, and policy support in terms of the municipal foreign economy and trade promotion funds.
