Since June 5th, Deyang Public Security Bureau issued eight new entry and exit measures following the implementation of the National Immigration Administration's “one-stop” handling procedures on April 1st. These measures include: facilitating the entry and exit for the BRI construction, shortening the time limit for verification of certificates, expanding the visa transfer services, self-service equipment scanning code payment, and Shuangliu Airport self-service visa endorsement for travel to Hong Kong and Macao, etc., making it more convenient for handling the entry and exit formalities.

       According to the decisions of the Provincial Public Security Department, firstly, a "green channel" is provided for the entry and exit of personnel involving in the "Belt and Road" construction, thus saving time and cost for the relevant enterprises. Secondly, it aims to facilitate the entry and exit of foreigners who are invited to attend the BRI major events, important conferences, and key projects in China but will not be able to apply for and handle visas due to urgent reasons. Based on it, their spouses and children can apply for visas and the exit and entry department of the public security organ of our province shall, if necessary, issue residence certificates to them within five working days. Thirdly, if the foreigner invited to Sichuan find it too late to complete the entry visa at the embassy or consulate abroad, the inviting unit may directly submit the visa application to the exit and entry departments of the municipal (prefecture) public security organs. This will be reported to Shuangliu International Airport Visa Office of the provincial public security department for approval. When the invited foreigner enters Chengdu Shuangliu International Airport, a visa will be issued accordingly. Fourthly, if the residents of our province lost their entry and exit documents abroad, the exit and entry departments of the provincial public security organ shall duly check the information and give a feedback after receiving the verification documents from the Chinese embassies and consulates abroad within 24 hours. Fifthly, if the mainland residents apply for re-endorsement of travel visas to and from Hong Kong and Macao or Taiwan, the time limit at the window is shortened from 7 working days to 3 working days, and the visa is available immediately at the self-service endorsement machine. Sixthly, it is to shorten the time limit of commercial filing review to 15 working days for enterprises to Hong Kong and Macao. Seventhly, under the premise of ensuring accuracy and safety of the user information, WeChat and Alipay QR code scanning payment methods are added to the self-service endorsement machine. Eighthly, two self-service endorsement machines are equipped at the exit security check hall of the T1 Terminal of Chengdu Shuangliu International Airport, offering 24-hour re-endorsement services for Hong Kong and Macao tourism.
