The Government of Deyang to Provide Free Services in Cooperation with the Post, Bank and Communication Enterprises

Launched by the Deyang Municipal Government Affairs Service and Big Data Bureau, free government affairs agency services will be provided by the People’s Government of Deyang Municipality in cooperation with the post, bank and communication enterprises starting from the afternoon of May 13th. This action will kick off a new model of smart government services in the municipality.

The services of post, bank and communication enterprise cover a wide range of areas thanks to the large quantity of their branches and offices, so it is convenient for people to obtain their services. Through contractual cooperation, their advantages can be brought into full play, which will satisfy people’ needs of handling affairs “without going to the office building or going there less.” A total of 21 major and 65 minor post-express agency items are included in the free services, namely: the examination and approval items of the Municipal Market Supervision Bureau, the Municipal Real Estate Center and the Municipal Personnel Testing Center, as well as the real estate registration certificate, computer rank examination certificate, registered architect certificate, registered qualification certificate of construction level II and level III and business license. Citizens can apply for free mail by scanning the QR code to follow the public account of “Deyang Service”, and can complete the mailing engagement letter at the reception windows on the 2nd to 4th floors or the Free Government Affairs Express Service on the first floor of the Municipal Service Center. Regarding the cooperation with bank, both sides will establish a service network “integrating the government and bank”; government service supermarkets and counters will be built at banking outlets at all levels, and ATMs terminals will be placed at municipal service centers, grassroot mass service stations and banking outlets at all levels to provide services of information inquiries and handling. Regarding the cooperation with communication companies, both sides will set up a service network “integrating the government and communication companies”; government service supermarkets will be established in communication business offices and outlets at all levels, and government service counters and bulletin boards will also be set up for sharing the service channels and publicity resources. .

       Next, Deyang Municipal Affairs Service and Big Data Bureau will focus on pushing forward deregulation to streamline the services. For this purpose, the Bureau will optimize service process, streamline data collection and minimize service time, and emphasize the progress in front-end services, portal services, supporting services, special services, auditing and corrective services, so as to better satisfy the general public and enterprises.
