On August 22, 2017, “Sichuan-Hong Kong-Macau Cooperation Week in Hong Kong and Sichuan Promotion Conference on International Cooperation Under the Belt and Road Initiative” hosted by Sichuan Provincial Government was held in Hong Kong smoothly.

Concerning the theme of “Great opportunities to be discovered in China (Sichuan) Pilot Free Trade Zone”, the development situation and Sichuan-Hong Kong cooperation achievements were introduced comprehensively and a batch of bidirectional investment and Sichuan-Hong Kong economic and trade cooperation projects were signed at the promotion conference. At the promotion conference, Deyang obtained 3 Hong Long-funded projects, whose total investment reaches USD412,000,000, including the 200,000-ton west production base of tissue paper and nursing appliances, e-commerce distribution center and logistics center project invested by Hong Kong Vinda International Holdings Co., Ltd.; 520,000-ton special ultra-clear ultra-thick premium float glass production line project invested by Hong Kong Xinyi Group (Glass) Co., Ltd.; and the aluminum air battery-powered electric refrigeration truck and the mobile charge station of aluminum air battery for the electric truck project jointly invested by Auto Parts R&D Center of Hong Kong Productivity Council and Deyang High Power Multi Source Energy.
