From 25th to 27th May, 2017, the Chengdu International Automobile Accessories and After-sale Service Exposition was hosted in the Chengdu Century City New International Convention and Exhibition Center by the provincial Economic and Information Commission and provincial Investment Promotion Bureau, with support of Sichuan People’s Government, Automotive Industry Committee of China Council for the Promotion of International Trade and Messe Frankfurt (Shanghai) Co Ltd. On the morning of 25th, the China Automobile Start-up and Investment Summit & the China (Sichuan) New Energy Vehicles Investment and Cooperation Conference was held in the Center with the theme of “New Energy, New Power”, and Zhu Hexin, Deputy-Governor of Sichuan, Wang Xia, Chairman of Automotive Industry Committee of China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, and Ge Jingdong, Vice-President of Sina, were present and gave speeches.
In order to promote the development of the automobile accessory industry, Deyang Trade Promotion Council and the Economic and Information Commission prepared carefully and organized 5 enterprises, including Xinyi Glass, Zhongpeng Plastic and Yinghe Machinery, etc., to participate in the exposition, and representatives of 20 enterprises of automobile accessory manufacturing and repairing, including Yuyan Automobile and Deshang Automobile Service to be present for visit and purchase. During the exposition, Deyang’s enterprises attended conferences and activities, such as the China Automobile Start-up and Investment Summit, the 4th Automobile Service Innovation Seminar - Develop Together to Transform and Update, and the Forum on Operation and Practices of China Automobile After-service Enterprises, etc. All enterprise representatives learned and benefited a lot from the event. In the event, potential customers were found and shall be further contacted for substantive cooperation, information related with automobile accessories and oil products was collected for deep exchange and further cooperation with suppliers of Chengdu, such as the Alliance of Excellence, and a purchase contract was signed by Bangjia Automobile Accessories with suppliers.
Through the event, Deyang’s enterprises learned about new products, technologies and services, which would help the transformation of Deyang’s automobile accessories industry from traditional operation models to new ones, such as E-commerce platforms, and the breakthrough, development and transformation in the age of Internet+.
